What's the difference between $1 buyout and FMV?

A $1 buyout lease works like a finance loan. At the end of the term, you own the equipment for $1. An FMV lease keeps monthly payments lower and gives you the option to buy at fair-market value, return the equipment, or upgrade. FMV tends to fit businesses that refresh equipment every 3–5 years.

Can payments scale with peak season?

Yes. Step-up structures and skip-payment seasons are available, so payments can track your workload instead of a flat calendar.

Do you cover used or refurbished excavators?

Yes. Used and refurbished excavators are a solid fit for many businesses, and we can finance them from dealers or private-party sellers.
