My case was extremely difficult, my credit wasn’t great, and getting the loan approved was far from easy. But for three straight days, he kept working on it and refused to take no for an answer. It’s rare to find someone in finance who genuinely fights for their client instead of simply giving up when things get complicated. David Musselmann is the founder, President and CEO of Paramount Financial. He has served over twenty years in the commercial equipment finance industry and his passion for helping companies stems from his deep understanding and involvement with small business. His passion to help other entrepreneurs mirrors the life he shares at home with his family. As the father of three children, all of whom are active in youth sports, Dave’s time out of the office is spent coaching,mentoring and cheering his children both on and off the ball fields – all the while teaching his kids leadership skills, building their confidence and most importantly showing them how to win (and lose) gracefully in life.

Dave is a man of faith and instills the values of good, honest & hard work in his family. Passed down from his father (a mechanic and successful entrepreneur) and grandfather (a 3rd generation farmer), he reveres these men as role models in his life.

Dave approaches life’s challenges with optimism and resolve. Through Paramount’s success, he has served thousands of business owners, enabling them to start, grow and profit in their unique industries. His core passion rests in helping other entrepreneurs achieve success in life. Dave’s commitment to Paramount’s clients, services and employees sets the standard upon which this company operates.

Ryan Baderian

Executive Vice President

Ryan Baderian is the Executive Vice President of Paramount Financial. He has spent over twenty-five years in sales, operational, and executive leadership roles at various commercial financing firms and banking institutions. His passion lies with combining the intricacies of finance with innovative strategies. He has funded or lead teams that have funded over $2B in commercial finance and commercial banking transactions. Outside of the office, he is dedicated to community engagement and has participated in various boards. He completed his undergraduate education at UCSB with a major in Economics and a Graduate degree in Banking from Pacific Coast Banking School. Currently he lives in Newport Beach with his wife and two kids.
